Revve offers exciting rewards for both you and your friends when you invite them to join and use our platform. By participating in this Referral & Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Important: Revve rewards apply only to transfers made from CAD to other currencies, except where specifically stated under the Student Bonus provisions.

First Transfer Bonus
Earned when your referral completes their first qualifying transfer

When a customer you referred completes their first qualifying transfer of CA$100 or more, the following rewards apply:

Ongoing rewards during the first 6 months of your referral's activity

After the first qualifying transfer, ongoing rewards apply to your referral's subsequent transactions for the first 6 months of their activity on Revve:

Student Bonus
Applies to NGN and GHS to CAD transfers — exempt from the CAD-source rule

The Student Bonus applies to qualifying transfers made from NGN or GHS to CAD and is not subject to the CAD-source restriction that applies to other rewards.

Referral Transfer Policy
Circumstances under which a referred customer may be reassigned

In certain circumstances, a referred customer may be reassigned from one referrer to another. This may occur in any of the following situations:

4.1 — KYC Non-Completion
Where a referred customer registers on Revve but does not activate their account and complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration, the referral link to the original referrer will be forfeited. The customer may subsequently be attributed to a new referrer upon re-engagement.

4.2 — Account Dormancy
An account will be classified as dormant and eligible for referral reassignment in either of the following circumstances:
  • The referred customer completed KYC, began transacting, but subsequently stopped and has recorded no transaction activity for a continuous period of 60 days; or
  • The referred customer completed KYC but never made any transaction within 60 days of completing their KYC verification.
In both cases, the referred customer may be reassigned to a new referrer upon reactivation of their account.

4.3 — Ambassador Transition
Where a customer who has been active on Revve for more than 6 months applies to become a Revve Ambassador, they will be transitioned out of the standard referral program. As an Ambassador, they will no longer be attributed to their original referrer and will operate under the separate Revve Ambassador Programme terms.
Important: Revve reserves the right to determine the timing and eligibility criteria for all referral transfers and Ambassador transitions. Affected referrers will not be entitled to compensation for referrals that have been transferred or reclassified.

General Conditions
Applies to all participants in the Revve Referral & Rewards Program
  1. 01

    Eligibility: You must have completed your own KYC verification and created your Revve wallet before you are eligible to earn any referral reward.

  2. 02

    Reward Crediting: All rewards are credited to your Revve wallet within 24 hours of the successful completion of a qualifying transaction.

  3. 03

    Prohibited Conduct: Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited. Any participant found to have engaged in such conduct will be disqualified from the program and may have their account suspended.

  4. 04

    Non-Transferability: All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may only be used within your Revve wallet balance.

  5. 05

    Programme Modifications: Revve reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Referral & Rewards Program at any time, without prior notice.

  6. 06

    Acceptance: Participation in this program constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
