Part B — Official Terms & Conditions

By entering the Revve Dance Challenge 2026 (the "Challenge"), each participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions and to Revve's general Terms of Use.

6

Organiser

The Challenge is organised by Linearsend Inc., operator of Revve, 49 High St, 3rd Floor, Barrie, ON L4N 5J4, Canada ("Revve"). Contact: hello@revveme.com.

The Challenge opens at 00:00 WAT on 23 October 2026 and ends with the announcement of the winners on 19 December 2026. Audition entries close at 23:59 WAT on 22 November 2026.

7

Eligibility

  • The Challenge is open to residents of the participating markets listed on the Challenge page. Revve may add markets during the Challenge.
  • An entry must be a team of two (2) to seven (7) members. Solo entries are not accepted. Each person may appear in only one team.
  • There is no minimum age. Any team member under 18, or under the age of majority where they live, must have written consent from a parent or guardian, submitted with the entry.
  • Each team must name one lead entrant, aged 18 or older, who holds a verified Revve account in good standing and receives any prize on the team's behalf.
  • Employees of Linearsend Inc. and their immediate families, and Revve's agencies and contractors working on the Challenge, are not eligible.
  • The Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
8

No purchase necessary

No purchase, transfer or payment is needed to enter, vote or win. Making a purchase or transfer does not improve a team's chances of winning.

9

Entry rules

  • Routines must be original, no longer than 60 seconds, and set only to the official 2026 Revve track.
  • The original video file must be uploaded through the official Google Form linked on the Challenge page. The same video must be posted publicly on Instagram and TikTok with #RevveDanceChallenge, tagging @revve_me.
  • Entries that are late, incomplete, altered in speed, or that use music other than the official Revve track will not be considered.
10

Voting & integrity

  • Each verified Revve account may cast one free vote per day during each open voting window.
  • Social engagement counts shares, saves, comments and completed views only. Raw likes are not counted.
  • Revve uses automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to score entries and detect irregular activity. Votes or engagement obtained through bots, fake or duplicate accounts, purchased engagement, vote-trading or any other artificial method will be removed, and the team that benefits may be disqualified.
  • Results are final, subject only to the technical appeal process in section 11.
11

Appeals

Teams may request a technical review of their audition score between 23 and 24 November 2026 by emailing hello@revveme.com. A review covers processing errors only, such as a video that failed to process. It does not re-score the routine.

12

Prize terms

  • Prizes are stated in Canadian dollars (CA$) and paid to the lead entrant's verified Revve account in local currency, at Revve's live exchange rate on the payout date.
  • Prize payment is subject to identity verification and to Revve's standard compliance, anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening. Revve may withhold a prize where these checks are not passed.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Dividing a prize among team members is the team's own responsibility.
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to their prize.
  • Where required by law, a winning lead entrant resident in Canada must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question before receiving a prize.
13

Content rights

Participants keep ownership of their videos. By entering, each participant grants Revve a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, edit, reproduce and share the entry, and the participant's name and likeness, on Revve's website, apps, social media and advertising. This licence lasts for 24 months after the Challenge ends, and no further payment is due.

Participants confirm that every person in the video has consented to its submission and use, with parent or guardian consent for anyone under 18.

14

Privacy & AI processing

Revve processes entry videos, including body-movement data, only to run, score and promote the Challenge. Raw movement-analysis data is deleted within 90 days after the Challenge ends. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Revve Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By entering, participants consent to this processing.

15

Disqualification

Revve may disqualify any team or participant that breaches these Terms; submits offensive, discriminatory, sexual or unsafe content; uses another person's choreography or footage without permission; or misrepresents their identity, age or location.

16

General & liability

  • Revve may modify, suspend or cancel the Challenge if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it. Notice will be given on the Challenge page.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Revve and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation. Participants dance at their own risk.
  • This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
17

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the participant's country of residence.

By submitting an entry or voting in the Revve Dance Challenge 2026, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. For questions, contact hello@revveme.com.
